Esta vez es un album conceptual escrito por Michael Kunze (letrista y libretista alemán) e ilustrado por el artista aleman Wolfgang Beltracchi.
El álbum cuenta la historia en 12 capítulos de un protagonista de ficción, que se embarca en un viaje simbólico a una nueva vida plena.
