Incluye el álbum original remasterizado en 2CD, con un tercer disco de temas que se publicaron exclusivamente en el álbum de casete. El último disco incluye "Substance Live", un concierto inédito en Irvine Meadows, California, en 1987.
El álbum recopila todos los singles de la banda hasta ese momento en sus versiones de 12" con sus respectivas caras B, además del single sin álbum True Faith y la cara B '1963' con nuevas versiones de 'Temptation' y 'Confusion'.
